Why is any feedback/constructive criticism about PoE2 met with "go play D4"

Is GGG not looking for feedback to make the game better in their early-access title? Because about 50% of the time I or anyone I see makes a suggestion, it's met with "go play d4"

I really don't understand the attitude of people who behave like this. I guess they believe the game is perfect already?
