My poe account linked to unknown user in steam

Hi,

I'm writting this beacause I don`t find any post talking about this exact issue or someone else that is in this exact situation.

English is not my native tongue.

I know that there is a lot of problems right now with poe accounts hacks etc. I already sent a ticket to support but i am a little bit worried because i dont find any info about this case and i think im completey screwed. i already changed email and passwords in poe account and in steam.


the problem:

I purchased poe 2 ea in official poe 2 web and I play with ggg launcher with no problem. Recently i wanted to try it from steam but it seems that another user got my poe 2 key for steam as i cannot redeem the key for steam and it says its used. When in my account of poe I visit "my manage account" secondary login of steam it links with another user in steam that i don`t recognize that seemingly has somehow stole my poe 2 ea key for steam. So i downloaded poe 1 for steam and i tried to link my poe account but didn't work, it says contact support. I don`t know if it has something to do with recent changes to ggg accounts for the release of poe 2. Now this is not and old steam account that i linked poe in the past and now i dont`s remember, its some russian guy aparently. A year ago my standard account of poe 1 was wiped of currency. I never bought rmt and dindn`t do any shady things believe me or not. All i have used in the past is awakened poe and trade companion. First note that i can login in the standalone version of poe 2 and play but i want my link with steam back. I dont know if the hacker can play the key of poe 2 in steam or how can he login if my credentials of poe account seems that are not compromised because i can login and play in the standalone version. I know that if there is some solution it will be provided by ggg support but i want to know i f anyone had this situation before.

Some people are waiting months for answers lmao
ull probably get ur answer in Q2, hopefully if u fill out the correct information is it will be resolved by Q3, in an undisclosed year.

they even moved my post to suggestions even though I stated that I have a problem xD
