Unable to trade

On console at least I know this is happening for sure here, me and my friend log in today and can't access whispers and global chat and we can't re enable the chat groups because the controller support for console won't allow you to scroll to the right and re enable the chat groups my other friend has been dealing with this glitch for a few days now and we're frustrated because we can't buy or sale anything because our whispers and chats don't pop up

If you restart your console it will eventually fix
