I've been trying to get a hold of support for help for weeks now, HELP!
Hello I need help from your support I have already contacted Xsolla your payment handler and your own support, they however respond in a timely and understandable manner where you do not!
I have in this whole thread gotten one response from a person by the moniker Ramanpreet from your side, but not as a reply to the direct email I sent your support but via Xsolla's ZenDesk for some reason?! I am so confused by this.
