Automatic translator always had hard time with asian languages and it's not different here , some parts are gibberish but overall it is understandable .

End of the year holidays are a big deal in western society and it is perfectly acceptable for any company to be closed for one or two weeks at this period of the year .

But i do agree that launching an early access game which is full of technical problems , and then disappearing completely for two or three weeks is rather lame for the credibility of any publisher ... maintaining some sort of communication with your community when you just launched an online game is the bare minimum to do , they did not and it is not a great move .

Yeah well i'm still in Wait & See mode right now as i refuse to go rage like some did when they were asking for GGG to code some magical hotfix on Christmas . But that does not make a total absence of communication acceptable in any way : when your service is up 24/7 the least you can do is have a couple of people maintaining contact with your customers , especially when said live service got hammered during all the holidays ( crashes , massive server lag and so on ) .
