600 points not in balance.

I bought the game Path of Exile 2 - Lord of Ogham Supporter Pack (in steam) , but i did not get 600 point in game until now when i play in steam. my steam account have linked to official account. if i check official account, there is 600 gold points..... what i can do next, i have emailed support but no replied.
