Premium Quad Stash Tab doesnt work

Hello, Path of Exile 2 Customer Support.

I have an issue with my game; it doesn't allow me to sell equipments after I bought the "Premium Quad Stash Tab". I dragged my unused gears and it doesn't move to the Premium Quad Stash Tab. I watched YouTubers and their Premium Quad Stash Tab has empty blocks on it while mine has no blocks. Only the "Skill" "Support" "Persistent Buff" and "Uncut" tabs are available in Premium Quad Stash Tab.

I even bought the "Upgrade to Premium Stash Tab" in my desperate attempt to make the "Premium Quad Stash Tab". How do I resolve this issue?

Sounds like you have bought the "Skill Gem Tab" and not a Quad tab Stash.
Skill Gems, Support gems and Spirit gems can be stored in the tab you have bought.
If you have bought a Upgrade premium tab then go to stash and right click the tab and set to "public" then you may sell items from the selected tab.

I definitely bought "Premium Quad Stash Tab", "Skill Gem Tab", and "Currency Tab".

The "Premium Quad Stash Tab" can be set to public. However, I can't drag unused gear such as Helmets, armor, and weapons to the "Premium Quad Stash Tab". The "Premium Quad Stash Tab" which I bought doesn't have empty blocks to put on items for sale

I want to apologize because I was wrong and you are right. I mistakenly thought that the Premium Quad Stash Tab is Stash Tab and vice versa.
