I paid 30 euros for this ridiculous game and I didn't get the guaranteed 300 coins. Now my early access has been blocked and support doesn't give a damn and doesn't even reply to emails this game is a scam!!!!

Are you playing on the correct account and platform? For legal reasons GGG cannot combine all platforms with MTX purchases; that includes the early access key.
