we need a full wipe ASAP... exploits, hacks, etc will destroy economy from now on

all balance from now on will be tainted we need a full wipe...
i dont have many hours to play everyday but i know its a must

also: ggg make auto trading free, with no gold cost and make it impossible to trade currency via trade so ppl wont be able to sell it by real money... its about time to cut the root of the problem..

Early access is a sandbox to work out all of these mistakes. None of these characters will make it to the fresh servers when the game has a full release, hopefully this year. So this corrupted market is isolated and will have zero impact on the longevity of the servers.

Also, If you ban currency trading the RTM sites will just sell items. And if you ban all trading then they would just ban all accounts. There is no universal solution to this.

The best they can do is ban those exploiting, and patch any dupes or exploit methods. Which they do a pretty damn good job at

i know that dear
but early access is also for them to balance drop, dificulty etc
and those hacks and exploits made the market not reliable at all
so they must restart to balance the game correctly foward

and they wont need to ban item trading cuz its way harder for ppl to sell it for real money... currency selling is much easier... and later on, they can make the item sellign automatic also, just like on last epoch, and then ban item trading too... this will completly kill those guys who sell stuff for money...

its already done and working on last epoch, there sno reason why it wouldnt work here too...

banning ppl is not enough at all... they must be proactive.. luckly we are on early access and they can wipe and restart.. if it wasnt, it would be a huge mass

I don't really see the need for it at this point, but it wouldn't really bother me if it happened.

I'd prefer they wait until there is another big content addition, then start a new EA cycle (and leave this as the EA standard, where future EA characters will go).

nobody cares if economy on an early access is good, mediocre or bad and it doesnt matter at all. rich people that know what to do dont care. and poor people that dont know what they are doing will still be poor people, no matter how often you restart a economy.

hackers/exploiters are doing:

-selling unidentified itens for high prices when they already know what the option is, cuz they identify it and if its bad, they crash the server and go back and sell it for higher price

-doing endgame boss mutiple times with 1 invitation, spamming loot

-corrupting itens easly, it outcome is bad they crash server and try again until its a good result...

-etc, etc...

and they done it tons of times already... they MUST wipe and restart...

There won't be a wipe.

What they might do is launch a new EA league, but this will only happen if 0.2.0 contains massive code changes that can't be easily rolled into the current 0.1.x branch. It won't have anything to do with "fixing the economy", because the POE trade economy is largely self-healing, and because GGG has never given a crap about the trade economy in 10+ years. They aren't going to start now, because, again, it's self-healing.
