Rarity fall of feels weird

I think that the diminishing return of building rarity stat after 200% is pretty awful and even just at 200 it doesn't seem that effective as I am barely seeing any difference between a magic map with 30% rarity and a full modifier 200% rarity with 4 tablet buff
