Need Help Changing the Email Address on My Path of Exile Account

I’m experiencing an issue with my Path of Exile account, and I hope someone can help me. The email address currently linked to my account is an old one that I no longer use and can’t access. When I try to request an email change through the website, the confirmation link is sent to that old email, making it impossible for me to complete the process. I contacted support over a week ago but still haven’t received any response. This is frustrating because I can’t use the in-game trade system until this issue is resolved. I’m currently logging in through Steam, and I can provide any necessary information to verify my identity and ownership of the account. If someone can help me resolve this issue or guide me on what to do next, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your help! it has not been forgotten, the process for this is to usually give an quick reply to say that your ticket has been seen and start on security questions after which you will be waiting for the account security team to get back to you (they don't have much support staff as is and the ones dealing with account security are only a handfull)

Thank you for clarifying how the process works. Unfortunately, it’s been another week, and I still haven’t received any response. I completely understand that the account security team is small and that there’s a long queue, but I’m feeling very stuck at the moment. I can’t use the trading system in the game because of this email issue, which is really frustrating. It’s hard to enjoy the game when such a critical feature is unavailable, and all because of an email problem. If there’s anything that could be done to speed up the process, I would greatly appreciate it. Otherwise, I’ll just take a break and play something else while waiting. " Be grateful if you receive an answer, till March lmao Support is horrendous, but it's their own fault for designing the process that way. There isn't even a ticket management and you can do nothing on your own. |

It’s now March, and I still haven’t received any response from support regarding my email change request. I provided all the requested information, but I’m still waiting. I understand that the process takes time, but being unable to use the in-game trading system for so long just because of an email issue is really frustrating.
