Performance issues

hello,

I have been experiencing micro sutters in game in any map and time, it seems to be caused by cpu spikes as I see in performance graph in game. For the setting whatever I change sutters still persist.

Specs: 7800x3d, rtx4080 super, 32gb ddr5 ram, 2tbssd, win11 23h2. All the system works in default so no OC or anything.
