Guild Leaders - Question
So lately I promoted a few of my initiates to members, and while 95% of them are contributing and using things, I've had one go in and take a bunch of maps, ultimatums, tablets etc all at once and it was pretty irritating.
Now I know there are built-in permissions in the guild stash. I've set those up to be for basically members only now, demoted everyone back to initiate. The second part is, Im aware of the guild stash portion of the website to track that stuff. Now my main question is, aside from having a requirement like "Login to my discord so I can verify you" and a 7 day minimum initiate status, what else can I do to be PROACTIVE vs waiting until 50 divines are stolen and I have to shut it down? Why is there no sort of guild request section where people can request certain items be withdrawn and the officers/leader approves it? I can't honestly believe the entire guild stash is based on a trust-system in an online community. And if it is, what sort of steps do you take to prevent this? Hopefully this makes sense. If you're running a guild that has random people you don't know in personally. Then yeah it's going to be difficult to trust them.
You shouldn't be putting anything in GStash worth lots in the first place, even though i have a guild of people i've met in other games, our tabs are laid out with a specific purpose (Loot Split, Trade, Useful gear) Loot Split and Trade and designated to specific people, and everything else in the GStash is free to take or old gear we hand down for leveling. Having 50 divines being taken from Gstash shouldnt be an option to begin with. (: |

I think most people just have small guilds with their friends in it, people they know and trust.

" I was joking about the 50 divines lol But overall, shouldn't we WANT to have a better system of control so that we CAN have a bigger guild though? It is in Early Access after all. |

" I'm for more permissions, but no, that wouldn't help with you giving complete strangers free access... let alone promoting them to that position... let alone having things you don't want taken stored... especially in a tab that allows anything other than the permission to add to it... |
|
" They have that already - you put the items up in a stash they can't withdraw from and they ask for them. |
