POE 2 Early access vanished.

Hello
I have activated key on this account and steam after it. Played for some hours and after coming back in couple of days i have been gifted with prompt in game that says: You don't have license to play. Buy it. Since i have spent 20+ euros on it, i don`t feel like spending the second time, there is no certainty that it will not happen again. What is the way of gaining the Access back to my account? Did you buy the key from an unofficial source (a key reseller?)
If you did not buy it on this site, on the official steam page or the official EPIC store page then you bought it through an unofficial source, which wouldn't be a problem if they had not refunded their purchase of the key. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

I purchased a key on Steam and linked my Steam account with my POE account to play. Everything was fine until I bought the Thauma upgrade pack for 90 USD. One day, out of the blue, my account was locked, and at the same time, I received an email notification that the 90 USD upgrade pack had been refunded. I do not want a refund; if there was an error, I am willing to repurchase the pack at the price set by the developers. When I logged into the game, the system notified me that my account no longer had early access keys and took me back to the login page, where I saw the message that my account had been locked and to contact the 3G support team. I have sent an email, but it has been a long time and no one has responded yet

Hey!
I have bought a key from another site, yes. Refund was not done so no problem there. I have created only one character which is marauder, playing with mace and a shield. but to be honest i don`t remember the nickname that i have chosen ... Can i see the nickname in folder saved files perhaps? if so, then i can write about the nickname right away. |
