All Citadels are in Fail state without ever doing them

Hello

I want to explain that I currently did one Citadel Iron and failed it. After spending insane amount of time finding more citadels and by more I mean 200+ maps and just finding new citadel a stone one, I am unable to enter it because it saiz it has failed even thought this is fresh citadel. Then map shows the node active but nothing happens when you click on it.

So it seems I am unable to do citadels because after failing one all rest undiscovered and discovered seem to be in the state of failed.


Please look into this.
