Died after 3rd ascension completion in reward room to a small bug/creature

Had 204 honor left, was claiming my keys and checking inventory, when an enemy bug attacked me and killed me. Lost all keys and any rewards not picked up in room. Did not obtain screenshot prior to reloading/respawning
