Ritual Defered Item Disappeared

After using detonate dead on every corpse on the map so the rituals would be clickable to activate, I deferred an invitation already deferred with the king.
When I moved to the next ritual map, the ritual items didn't have my 2 times deferred invitation.

Really disappointing.

Same just happened to me, lost my audience with the king after deferring it. It was there when I came back after logging back in, went to the next ritual map and now it's gone.

EDIT: It reappeared after rerolling. As the text says when you hover over "Defer", it tells you it may take time to appear.
