Character missing

I play on the Texas server. I left my character online and left for something. When I returned a few hours later, I right clicked the tab and exited the game to restart it. When I opened the game again, my character was missing. I talked to my buddy I play with on the same server and his character is still there.

Select "Show All" in the character page (or whichever league you are playing on). If the entire character was indeed deleted, then email support@grindinggear.com. They will restore deleted characters, but they will not restore any lost items.

I've got three emails in to them. Almost 24 hours and no reply.
