Energy shield not recharging

My energy shield is not recharging for my Ice Strike Invoker Monk.

I have no passives/skill gems/gear that would suggest interruption or delay of my energy shield recharge.

I have tested multiple maps both with and without modifiers - Example: Even after standing out of burning ground, the energy shield does not recharge.

Meditate does not work after swapping weapon.

Grim feast still works, the only way to recharge energy shield is via picking up the grim feast pieces to recharge the shield.

Having the same issue here trying to figure out what is going on.... :>

Check if you have Eternal Youth passive taken, Meditate doesn’t work with it. It disables Energy Shield recharging (you use life flasks for that instead).
