24hr Chat Ban Lift Request

So I've had a handful of 15-min chat bans as I learn from Global observation what's banworthy and what isn't and some of it is still confusing when I see racism and spam continue unabated while I've questioned exactly what it was I said that granted me a temporary ban while others are continuing on in roughly the same manner.
Considering I'm certain what it was that gave me my most recent 15-min ban, now I am completely confused as to what constituted a full 24hr chat ban when I haven't said or done anything banworthy since that time. I am still awaiting a response to my support email regarding the reasons behind the ban. I've read elsewhere in the forums that this has happened to them as an apparent bug or accident, having done nothing to deserve it, and the 24hr ban had been lifted within as little as 15 minutes, but 3 hours have gone by so far since my 24hr ban started and I remain banned. Is this perhaps a cumulative punishment and all my past offenses stack up against me as a bigger warning slap? Last bumped on Jan 4, 2025, 5:57:38 PM

Yeah, almost an hour until the ban is lifted and still no response?
No point anymore is there? Don't even bother at this point. |

I'd love to know what constituted me getting an 168-hour account Lock instead of a chat ban.
