First of all my english sucks.

To be fair you won't see any big enterprise coming into public spreading to the world about their mistakes, its called transparency they're probably working into solutions for what happened.

if you as a dev tell that a lot of ppl is bug abusing and doing rmt, either more ppl will try to abuse it too or more ppl will just leave the game because of how bad it is to be playing a game full of bugs and exploits, thats probably why the didn't provide any kind of feedback.

just a reminder its EA, I agree that this shouldn't be happening and it sucks for the majority of the community but its easier, faster and less expensive to patch bugs if you just get a lot of unpaid ppl to test your game and report it for free.

also ppl who is probably doing RMT with those are going to be perma banned, but again transparency
