Corpsewade Iron Greaves Are not providing the decompose skill

The level 11 Corpsewade Iron Greaves that I got do not come with the decompose skill. I bought them from the Endgame ritual altar, and they showed the ability, but when I purchased the item the decompose skill disappeared, and now the item is a brick.
