Blood Witch Crash Bug

The passive skill " Event Horizon " seems to have a map crash/instant death bug of some sort. If you go into a map and get your self around lets say 3% or less hp and start to cast chaos bolt it will crash your game completely and kill your map and kill you. I have tested it in many ways by using other abilities and the trigger is chaos bolt. I have also tried it with certain passive skills to make sure I still have full energy shield while lowering my hp which you can do as Blood Witch.
