#performance issues game is broken on me! need tech support!!

i've had 3 times of screen suddenly turning dark since i bought the game at day 1.
with the recent occurrance, which was 2 days ago, i can't simply reboot the game/system to fix it as usual.

it somehow removed my video drives and made my screen stay darkness.

however after i managed to make the screen work aagain and reintall the drive, the game still can't run properly as usual.

issues are
- becoming too blur expecially with movement.
- fps can barely maintain between 30-10 at fights
- parts of map and monsters missing or loading up very slowly
- trajectories and aoes missing
- everything seems a lot slower, but it's fine when i am at hideout.

amd adrenalin 24.12.1

please, i need help asap. thank you.
i've already reinstalled video drive and the game it's not helping.
