Stone Alter bug

After I killed boss and got the large soul core in Jiquani's Machijarium. I decided to go do Trails, while the item was in my inventory, when I open door to trails before I went inside, I decided to stash items in stash inside The Temple of chaos, when I try to stash large soul core it disappeared, OK that's gone whatever I'll reget it later, than I try stash items but they wouldn't go in stash they fell to ground, so said screw it went to do trails.

After failing trails :/ I went to go get large soul core didn't drop from boss and it says return to infested barrens and activate the stone altar, character can't complete quest....


Another bug Poe 2 likes to minimize randomly to desktop and can be a pain to maximize window back to normal have to spam click sometimes will just shut down poe 2 than have to restart game.
