Gold Ring noise spam then crash when applied - POE2

HI All,

I obtained a Gale Grasp Gold Ring and when i apply it to my build, it noise spams non stop and eventually crashes the game.... doesn't matter if at "home' or any part of the map or acts.

any guidance would be appreciated.
