Revenge on death mechanics

Remove them. They have no place and add nothing to the game. They take away from the enjoyment of the game. I don't mind the difficulty but these on death revenge mechanics have to go. They are cheap tricks. Maybe the occasional main boss could have them but they are way to prevalent in the game.
