Breach instance crash

I encountered an instance crash a few seconds after starting the Breach mechanic. The game itself was still functional—I could navigate the menus and interact with them—but my character and enemies were completely frozen. After relogging, I was returned to my hideout, losing the recently picked-up items and the waystone used to open the map. Additionally, the Atlas node lost its mechanics.

Same thing its happening to me recently, 2 days, Breach only maps or Breach + Deli, istance crash, portals gone, loot gone; Basically a Crash + Rollback.
Its happening once in five maps, atleast for me, sometimes back to back, still no asnwers from GGG...i hope they'll fix it soon
