BOSSES I've Beaten are still showing as not finished

Another bug is only in act 3 Cruel, Bosses ROOTDREDGE boss is showing not complete. and the Witch is also showing as not complete

same on PC - killed both at least 4 times, in normal and cruel, both are still shown as highlighted.
