Donated Guild points missing

Hey!
Hope you are doing well. Just wanted to let you know, that I just bought some points, that I could donate to the guild I'm at to get something from the sale you have going on, put unfortunately they did not show up to the guild. Whats unfortunate is that I'm still missing the 140 gold, that I donated. Hope you can help. Hey pall, in poe2 atleast it takes a good while for the donated points to update for guild leader, give it some time

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.

Hi everyone,
Happy new year! I have the same problem. I have two subaccounts: flintunsteel#6698 Mawhrinskellie#5751 I bought the lord of ogham upgrade pack and transferred points using my character MonkeMad in my flintunsteel account. The guild points don't show in-game and i can't purchase anything but the points show up in the web browser in our guild profile. On another note, I sent an email to support asking if i can transfer my mtx from my flintunsteel account to my Mawhrinskellie one. Can i also ask for help on that please? Thanks for the assistance! |

Hi!
I figured out what was wrong. The guild leader needs to accept the donated points through the guild page (account -> Basic Information -> link to guild) |
