Support will not contact me to resolve my issue

I have been trying to contact support since 12/31/2024 about my recent purchase issue and it seems either no one monitors the email, or I am being blatantly ignored. I have 200 coins, and it will not let me purchase anything, also the special I purchased said it comes with a stash tab that has not shown up on my account. Can someone please contact me?
