Reforging spirit gems?

Greater and Perfect jeweler orbs are far too rare, so failing to obtain an additional socket when corrupting a skill/spirit gem can be painful. The latter of those, spirit gems, are not target farmable, so taking the corruption approach to adding additional sockets is exceptionally frustrating.

While I'd like to see spirit gems either drop more frequently, or be targetable somehow, another approach would be to allow us to reforge them the corrupted gems in some way.

The traditional reforging recipe is 3 of a kind, but as the spirit gems are pretty rare, perhaps something less punishing. 2 cut corrupted gems plus 1 uncut uncorrupted gem of the other type. For example 2 corrupted spirit + 1 uncut skill gem, would turn into 1 uncut spirit gem.

Only being able to sell a skill for 1 coin after the work that went into the corruption attempt doesn't feel great, so give us a way to recycle the gems.

pretty sure you can trade for spirit gems if you are determined to go the vaal-for-a-link route.
