Venom Draught quest hardcore choice (infernalist)

Hi. Im an infernalist and just got to act 3. Im about to do the Venom Draught Choice. What is best for the build? Mana regeneration or Elemental Ailment?

Any one?

Chaos resistance (Cruel difficulty).

If you're on Normal difficulty, then go with mana regen since you will want to get the key passive that transfer damage taken to your mana, and then the section that a small percent of damage taken into mana (basically providing another layer of damage mitigation).
