temporal bubble bug?

it has happened once or twice. Not sure exactly what is causing it. It seems to be rare mobs with the proximity bubble/ temporal bubble whichever its called. You kill them and it bugs your movement speed to be slowed even after the mob is dead. Im in sekema trial and it seems like I'm screwed with lower movement/attack speed for the rest of run.

anyone else had this happen or know ways to fix it?
