Yeah just don't get your hopes up too high, I have three support ticket/emails open with them, two of those are regarding me not getting what I purchased, and tomorrow will mark ONE MONTH since I've sent these emails and have gotten no reply back.

I can understand being swamped a for a couple of days after release, let's say a week, but a month is a bit outrageous. You're allowed to be surprised by the influx in the first few days but I feel that you could have reinforced your support teams since then.
I'm just arrogant and hopeless.
