No Early Access Supporter Pack after buying the Wrong Key from Instant Gaming

Instead of buying the Version In "Instant Gaming" for 18,79€ "Path of Exile 2 - Early Access Supporter Pack" i got the cheaper option for 16,99€ "Path of Exile 2". at first i could enter the game like Normal but now it won`t open anymore.

I'm afraid we aren't able to assist with third-party key sellers. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, and you no longer have access, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase made to generate the key was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key.
