access shop from anywhere??

is there anyway to access the hooded one or like a shopkeeper wherever you are? like if im in the molten vault and my inventory is full and keeps getting full is there a way to just open their gui form there?? because everytime i go back to town my cpu absolutely shits its self, it goes to 100% while loading and even after i load it stays like that for a couple minutes, my pc goes wild and you can here it from acroess my house. i do not think this is good for my safety, it could blow up any second and if it does ill turn into ironman which i would preferably not do since it takes a significant amount of stamina which i do not like at all. even if i could access my stash that would be good, or is it just a sign for me to buy a new cpu

i actually dont think having high cpu is bad, sounds like itll explode and all but i think its alright idk how to delete a post banananananananaaaaaaa dun dun dun dun( i have amd ryzen 7 3700x ) i also think i saw someone say amd cpus can blow up so im scared
