Account Locked

Around a week ago I was plains poe2 with my freinds and only 20 min in my account got locked for no reason. I emailed the support team as instructed however after 1 reply they have ghosted me for the better part of a week. This is poor support and isn't fair considering paying 30 dollars for the game.

Go buy a lottery ticket, most people never hear back, check general forum, there's a 10+ page post full of people who sent support an email 40+ days ago and never heard back once.

(allegedly) GGG support is usually fantastic, but in this case apparently they pre-sold millions of dollars worth of their game and didn't think to hire more people to respond to emails...
