Guild coins donation bugged

I was tryna buy a guild stash tab for my guild (145) and they just disappeared. Is it posible to get them back or to be able to buy a guild tab please :') ?

Guild points must be accepted by the guild leader on the website in order to be applied to your guild's balance. The page for Path of Exile 2 guild leaders to accept points is here.
