Purchased Currency Stash 3x by accident - Missing QUAD tab

I recently started playing Path of Exile on PC after playing on PS5. I purchased a currency tab for my PC, but instead of creating a new tab, it converted my PS5 "remove-only" currency tab to allow PC interaction. Not realizing this, I purchased another currency tab and now have two, though I only need one. Is there a way to get a refund for the extra tab?

Additionally, I bought a quad stash tab that hasn’t appeared.

I’ve emailed support about other issues but haven’t received a response yet. Could anyone suggest the best way to resolve these problems?
