21 corrupted gems

Today i bought 21lvl corrupted gem, and i found out that this gem doesn't give any extra bonus from that +1 at all. Is that normal or is that a bug. Cuz i have Summon ragging spirit 21 too, but for this particular gem there's no tooltip for showing any dmg stats.

Same issue here, but not only that.
Corrupted Conduit is not working with Cast on freeze - it says that skill gem is missing. |

Same issue, I came to the forums to post some screenshots and found various posts. Here's my proof, level 19 Spark gem versus a level 19+1 corrupted gem. Both show the same damage, even though the gem tooltip is showing the damage is increased.
