How to get support to reply? I got charged twice for a transaction and they won't reply to me.

An error happened on the POE website and I got charged twice for the same transaction. I've reached out to the support alias twice, and I messaged them through the website once.
I'm asking for a refund for one of the two transactions, but they aren't replying.

I tried emailing support@grindinggear.com and I tried messaging them through the "messages" feature of the website. I understand they're likely understaffed for the holidays but it seems absurd that I haven't gotten any replies in three weeks.

Anyone know what else I should do?

It's been almost three weeks since you've posted this and I still do not have this resolved.
Is there some sort of escalation path? I have been charged two times for a transaction because of an error on your website.
This is absolutely unacceptable, what else am I supposed to do?
