Ps5 poe2

So I bought the 100$ pack for poe 2 through my ps5 but none of my characters are linking to my poe.com account and it's showing I don't have access to early access on here are there any solutions. I've tried emailing the support team but they have yet to reply. I've since purchased coins and other stuff. Haven't found an answer to the issue yet.

Is there a eta on expected response times in regards to emails being responded to? Kinda wondering when I should expect something.

Unfortunate. Guess I'll just remake on pc. And wait till they can merge it. Just seems like an issue they could just be solved by looking at the accounts purchase history. Literally shows what you buy. How that got overlooked is insane.
