My thoughts about ps5 experience (mainly couch coop)

Hi, to get a full picture of the comment, I'll point out that I haven't played POE1, and when it comes to other hack and slash games, I'm rather a novice (about 200 hours in Diablo2, 100 hours in Diablo3, and 150 hours in Diablo, unfortunately), so I accept the possibility that one of the problems I mentioned below is somehow already solvable.

However, recently I have started to look at games with a more critical eye and look for a challenge in them (including soulslikes, but also roguelike games such as Hades or honorary modes in Divinity2 or Baldurs Gate 3, i.e. I think I have a basic understanding of games in the topic of building builds, which is also an important element of Poe2.

So, if it comes to the issues that significantly complicate the game on the console (especially taking into account couch coop (something around 150 hours), and in parties):
- no item filter
- inability to use npc and stash services at the same time
- possibility of using the reforge and salvage bench only by player no. 1
- possibility of map device only by player no. 1
- using stash with triangle outside the city throws items onto the ground
- inability to add items to stash by clicking on a tab (i.e. having to switch tabs)
- inability to start trial of sekhemas (after the first hourglass trial with two people, the door does not open and the monsters continue to respawn, despite the time running out)
- in the event of the death of one player on an endgame map the second player can play for 2 to 5 minutes and then the game crashes - if there is an assumption that both people have to survive, it seems to me that it should end the map immediately in the case death of one person
- inability to use the ritual
- glaring and numerous fps drops, especially in parties of more than 2 people
- the ability to see what the passive affects only for player number 1 (even when player number 2 checks it, for example, player 2 plays mercers and receives information that this passive will increase his slam damage, which he does not use
- Difficulties with joining the party, having to invite people in the right order (this is my and my friends' method)
- inability to use the R3 (to open the encyclopedia with definitions) on the map device, which meant I had to google what ritual, expedition, etc. means.
- not very convenient skill menu control (e.g. when creating a skill from an uncut from the stash, the skill goes to the stash instead of the skill bind or inventory)
- clearly underdeveloped map in act 3 with empty spaces without textures
- buged used of jewelle's orb, I couldn't add another (third) gem to a skill, e.g. earthquake
- numerous problems after traveling to the past in act 3 and traveling between acts (e.g. bugged quests, numerous pop-ups of already completed quests, frequent teleport to the riverbank instead of the selected location when switching between normal and cruel)
- numerous game crashes (in my case, e.g. four times during the second phase with Doryani)
- microtransaction store not working (situation from today, I bought 200 currency, but unfortunately it does not appear in my resources..., I hope the problem will be solved quickly)
- too small interface (especially while reading some items statistics)


I think that's everything that comes to my mind right now.

very extensive description, and as a PS5 player who has about 150h of play in poe2 I have encountered most of the problems described here and most are really annoying.

I will add:
When I want to use reforge several times, after throwing 'map' into reforge we have to manually go to the 'reforge' button, then to the received item, then back to the inventory. On PS5 going through this is really time-consuming. It would be enough to have an action under some button to 'reforge' and take the received item.
Hi, I have had almost all of same problem,
. Crashes every time after one player dies., Could be 5 Secounds could be several Minutes,
. Not being able to buy anything from Rituel ever,not once......
. also using the Unique Tab in couch co op crashes the game every time, I bough somthing that crashes the game every time I use it lol , Please fix Loving the game but its supper buggy.

- inability to start trial of sekhemas (after the first hourglass trial with two people, the door does not open and the monsters continue to respawn, despite the time running out) Also if you kill first boss the door does the opening animation on a loop but will never open.
- no item filter
- using stash with triangle outside the city throws items onto the ground - Also In Trials you have to move items 1 at a time to stash or they go on the ground.
- Difficulties with joining the party, having to invite people in the right order (this is my and my friends' method)
- glaring and numerous fps drops, especially in parties of more than 2 people
i cannot imagine how this game even runs at all with multiple players on screen on ps5. it barely chugs along sub 30 most of the time when solo and thats the high end of performance
Have been playing couch co op and can say I have encountered all of these problems, too. That was a very good summary, thanks!

Act III is very buggy. Especially if one player is at a different point in the act than another. There were points where one of us (the character with more story progress) just had to log out to let the other continue and catch up/finish the act.

When we finally got to mapping we were really excited but as it is they are basically inaccessible without incredibly tedious fiddling. I.e. logging in and out as different players, etc.

Even then we we still encountered maps stuck 'in progress', not being able to open new maps, and then the above mentioned crashes when we finally managed to get one to open and one of us died.

Hope this gets into at least a playable state, because we were having a blast and are really looking forward to the end-game:)

Also, for us at least, there was no way we could get the Trial to work together and had to take turns doing it individually. Our Honor Bar did not seem to function correctly, our health orbs did not function at all, and the initial room just never had a door that opened leading forward no matter what we tried.

I have another issue to add, during act III we had several situitions when we were logging to the game under the map (ziggurat encampment) on couch coop... The only solution was to log in on one charachter and teleport to the other hub and then lunching coop.
