Please restore my account eligibility!!!
I have sent 10 emails but have not received any response yet. Please handle the issue of account disqualification!
My account has purchased and activated early access qualification testing. I have been playing for more than ten days and the system prompts that I am not eligible to take the exam. Please investigate and restore. Thank you.
