Curse + Focused Curse

I have 70% increased activation frequency of curses, and when I add Focused Curse to Enfeeble, the curse activates instantly (I still have a cast time), and it does not create a runic inscription.

With Flammability it works as intended (I think) and reduces the remaining activation time by 30%. I didn't bother checking with the other curses, but one of these two is bugged.

Edit: I missed that my Flammability had Ritualistic Curse. The instantaneous activation occurs with both curses. I don't know if this is intended, but "faster curse activation" and "increased/reduced delay" sound multiplicative.
