474,517,885 Disappearance of the Items in Chaos and Sekhamas

Initially, I believe the second wave of the Trial of Sekhemas might be bugged, as I'm unable to trigger the NPC to go to the location. Since I can't trigger the location, I tried using the item required for the first wave of the Trial of Sekhemas instead. However, after using it, the item disappeared, and I’m not sure why.

The items that disappeared are:
Chimera Fragment x2
DJinn Barya (must have 1 try)


I also used the item in the Trial of Chaos, and both items disappeared as well. Could you assist me with this issue?
