Can't use my 300 points !

Hello,

I played Path of Exile 1 on PC and recently started Path of Exile 2 on PS5. I linked my Path of Exile account to my Sony account. 28th decembre, I played for 4-5 hours with 300 unspent points.

29th december, I logged back into the game on my PS5 and noticed an option on the main menu to switch accounts. I decided to select my PC account to see if I could recover my microtransactions from Path of Exile 1. However, this action prompted me to start the game again with a new character.

When I tried to retrieve the character I played a few days, it was gone, along with my 300 points.

Here are my account details:

ID: Aleeksy#6849 (PS5)

ID: Alekesy#6698 (PC)

Name of the new character I created: Asvaran

I don't want my lost character, I need the 300 points for buy the stash (on promotion now!)

I have send a mail at the support the 29th. No response.

Purchases are bound to the sub-account they were made on, so you'll need to switch back to the other sub-account to access those points. You should be able to do this from the character select screen.

You may also want to know that purchases made outside of PlayStation are not usable while playing on PlayStation, and likewise purchases done on PlayStation are not usable while playing outside of PlayStation.
I have bought POE2 on PSN.
I am correctly logged into my PlayStation sub-account. (I won't risk switching accounts again, as I could lose everything like the last time...) On the website, I can see my 300 points (300 next to the PlayStation logo), but they don't appear on my PlayStation account in the game.

It's ok for the not usable purchase pc-ps5.
Make sure you're using the correct sub-account. As you mentioned the purchase was done on the Aleeksy#6849 account, you'll want to ensure you're playing using that account. Once back in game with that sub-account, you should be able to use the in-game shop to spend your points. I hope this helps!
In game, it's been my ps5 account connected.
I can see Aleeksy on top when i'm in menu.
You'll also want to make sure you're playing on PlayStation if the points were purchased on PlayStation.

Obviously, I play on PS5...
I've already written to support, no response.

Same issue, on PS5 my account. Logged in correct account, points show up on website but not in-game. I even swapped back and forth accounts to see if I can get them to pop up.

I am replying with the account the points are tied too.
It's annoying... I don't have the stashs and I would have liked to take advantage of this weekend's discount... But they are overwhelmed with support tickets.

Playing without stashs sucks!
