Says I don’t have access to POE2 when I do. (Xbox series X)

So I’m just now making an account because I can’t get the in game trade to work once I linked everything I noticed it says I don’t have access and it wants me to buy a support pack when I’ve purchased 3 for friends and myself as well as spending a good amount on upgrades and more coins. I’m all in on this game you guys are doing an awesome job and I plan on playing this for a long time I have a lot of friends joining as well. It would be nice if I was able to use the in game trade and guild features on console and I think it’s because it’s not recognizing that I have early access just check my transactions and it’s right there please assist and thanks for making a great game! I am experiencing the same exact problem...can't trade,can't place legendary items in our guild chest even. What's worse, I have emailed them numerous times before and after the holiday,received one response asking me to email them back with characters names and such...lol
Fucking joke...I'm a grown man, not scamming, just want to be able to utilize all of the features, and be able to aquire some end game equipment for my characters...too much to ask? Can't trade for divines,exalts...no way to improve other than rng...or the grace of my guild giving me stuff on credit 😆 |

Lol got that email recently, Hopefully they fix it soon sucks you cannot trade I feel like a second class citizen atm. It is pretty funny that this site says I don't have early access but it shows my support pack badge right under my name! Which would clearly mean I purchased a support pack (Or 3!!!)and would have access to poe2 as a result!!! 😂🤣😂. Get it together GGG...

To clarify, the website Early Access status page only refers to your PC early access status, so if you've purchased Early Access on console you'll still have access via that console.
To use the Trade website, please ensure you're signed into the same sub-account you use to play the game. For example, if you're playing using console you'll want to ensure you've logged in using your console credentials using the appropriate button on the login page. I hope this helps! | |

I do log into the site using my Xbox credentials and it does show my main toon with his current level but he's the only one I have 2 other characters not showing and no trade doesn't work I still get the cannot open web browser due to account restrictions. Please check your Xbox live account. I've already checked with Xbox and changed settings 50 times it's on your end GGG this isn't something new console players were having this same issue on poe1 I found posts on Reddit and the Xbox forums regarding this same issue with poe1 involving the same error message on console from years ago so whatever you did to fix it on poe1 please do it for poe2. Thanks!
