Joystick spell suggestions

Can you please add an option to allow cast totems behind you? It's silly to cast range attack totems right next to hostiles and get destroyed instantly.

Also, with skills that needs to target minions (eg. Pain Offering), it currently blank casts on hostiles, so mana wasted without anything done, which is very unreasonable, please allow it to cast on minion at all times.
